Exploring the Solomon Amendment, Moot Court. A moot court session representing the then-forthcoming hearing of Rumsfeld v. FAIR before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Kent Greenfield presents the arguments for FAIR and Howard Bashman presents the arguments for the government. Herbert Wilkins, Charles Baron, Michael Cassidy, Lawrence Friedman, Judith McMorrow, Margaret Burnham, Victoria Dodd, Bruce Hay, Larry Yackle play the part of the Supreme Court Justices.
