Abstract
The American Constitution Society and the Internet Law Society co-sponsored a panel discussion on legal issues raised by NSA surveillance practices. Presenters included three Boston College Law School professors: Prof. George D. Brown, Prof. Mary-Rose Papandrea, and Prof. Robert M. Bloom.
